We have tried to give value to the elements that characterize the place and its name.

A typically Tuscan décor where local products are highlighted, and a fully refrigerated open cave where the cured meats are exhibited, is the strong point of his place. The Tuscan sideboard has been adapted in a refrigerated form to store the most famous forms of  “pecorino” cheese. A shaped counter at the entrance with a shabby cladding and in  Calacatta marble, the soft lighting, old postcards and paintings with Tuscan landscapes give the place  a  retro and authentic flavor.
